Are you ready for the summer?

Parents report that summer is one of the most difficult times to find productive things for their children to do. At the same time, research shows that all young people experience learning loss when they do not engage in educational activities over the summer. Unfortunately, young people without access to stimulating activities may be hit harder by this "summer slide". Also check out the sites that provide Free Summer Meals for Children 18 and under

Clyde Turner Basketball Camps in July at AHCC on the East Side for 7th - 12th grades

East Side Lego Robotics League at ACC and Sun Ray Library begins July for 4th - 8th grades

McVay Youth Partnership at Arlington Hills UMC and Washington Tech Magnet for 5th - 12th grades

ReVoice Podcasting at Mid-Continent Oceanographic Institute for ages 10 and up

Roaming Rec activities at multiple park locations. 

School Success Summer Learning Program at John A. Johnson on the East Side for K-4th grades 

S'more Fun at various City of Saint Paul Recreation Site for 1st - 5th grades (full day)
